Tuna Fish Kebab/Cutlet

Ingredients to make Tuna Fish Kebab/Cutlet

  • Cooked Tuna fillet - 300 grams
  • onion - 1
  • ginger garlic paste - a little
  • chilly flakes - a few
  • Bread slice - 1
  • Cheese - 1/2cup
  • cumin powder - 1/4th tspn
  • chilly powder - 1/4th tspn
  • egg - 2
  • coriander leaves - few
  • Mixed herbs - few pinches
  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs - as required
  • Fresh corn kernels - 1/4th cup
  • salt - according to taste.

How to make Tuna Fish Kebab/Cutlet

  1. Shred the tuna fillets and set aside.
  2. Chop onion to fine slices and fry in little oil till translucent. Add little ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine cheese, cooked rice, one egg, fried onion, bread slice, shredded tuna, corn, finely chopped coriander leaves, chilly flakes, mixed herb, chilly powder, cumin powder and salt.
  4. Mix well and make patties, place them in fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Whisk one egg throughly in a bowl. Place the bread crumbs in a wide plate. Coat each patty in egg thoroughly, bind with bread crumbs. Repeat for the rest.
  6. Deep fry the patties to golden brown colour. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with dip/chutney of your choice.

My Tip:

You can get creative with ingredients, so add accordingly. Add spices according to your preference.
