Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gram mince chicken
  2. 1 handful coriander leaves
  3. 1 tsp cumin powder
  4. 5 mint leaves
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 green chilly
  7. salt to taste
  8. 2 tsp grated cheese
  9. 1 tsp chickpea Flour
  10. 3 lelluce leaves
  11. 1 egg
  12. 1 sliced onion
  13. 1 tsp mayonnese
  14. 1 tsp tomato kethchup
  15. 1 tsp chat masala
  16. 1 Tortilla


  1. Take mince chicken, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, salt coriander leaves and green chilly in a grinder and grind it until smooth.
  2. Take a skewer apply oil on palm and take some chicken mixture and apply it over the skewers. Apply some oil on the kabab and Grill it in over or in a tawa till it turns brown and crisp outside.
  3. On same tawa or pan add some oil and break an egg. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and add grated cheese. Flip it over and keep aside.
  4. Take a tortilla , heat it on same tawa applying some butter and sprinkle some chat masala. Add sliced onion, tomato, add mayo and kethup, place lettuce leaf and a seekh kabab.
  5. Roll the tortilla and cut in middle. Serve with schezwan sauce.
