ABOUT Garlic Sausage Brown Bread Rolls RECIPE

This is a favourite snack for my daughter and it's easy ti make. It looks beautiful and healthy too. This one is different as it doesn't have cheese but it has garlic sauce in it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 12 pieces of brown bread.
  2. Chicken sausages 12 nos.
  3. For Garlic sauce ( garlic paste or garlic powder mixed with Mayo).
  4. Dry oregano 1 teaspoon.
  5. 2 Eggs.
  6. 1 teaspoon of pepper powder .
  7. 1tablespoon of corn flour.
  8. 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup.
  9. Chopped parsley 2 tablespoon.
  10. Salt to taste.
  11. White oil for shallow frying.


  1. Cut the thick sides of the bread slices.
  2. Drizzle little water on them and with a pin roll flatten the bread slices.
  3. Make a sauce with garlic powder preferably but paste can be used as well.
  4. In it add dry oregano, pepper powder and ketchup.
  5. Take the sausage, either you can fry or grill it. It can be cooked in Air Fryer too.
  6. Put this sauce on the flattened bread slices and then put the sausage.
  7. Sausage should be at the edge of the breas and roll it down to a cylindrical shape.
  8. In a bowl put corn flour, egg , salt and parsley. Mix them well.
  9. Now put those rolls in the batter and shallow fry them.
  10. Cut them with a sharp knife.
  11. Cut them in your desired shape and serve it with your choice of sauce.
