Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3boiled potatoes
  2. 200 grams paneer
  3. 3 moong daal papar
  4. 1 teaspoon each of salt and red chilli powder
  5. 1 tea spoon of chaat masalla
  6. 2 medium sized onions(small diced)
  7. 2 medium sized tomatoes (small diced)
  8. 1 small bowl Corriander leaves
  9. 1 table spoon refined oil

Instructions

  1. Wash&cut cottage cheese (paneer) into two inch by 1/2 inch sized pieces.
  2. Divide 200 grams paneer into equal eight medium sized pieces.
  3. Mash boiled potatoes and put all above salt, red chilli powder and Chaat masalla in it with Corriander leaves mix them properly and make a soft dough.
  4. Now take Paneer piece fill it with mashed potato dough and cover it with another piece of paneer, do the same with other pieces.
  5. Now take a pan, grease it with little oil put stuffed paneer on it and turn it occasionally until get the desired texture.
  6. Take small cubed tomatoes and onions in a bowl put little Chaat masalla and lemon juice in it.
  7. In the same pan shallow fry Papar pieces with few drops of oil and keep one tea spoon of onion- tomato lemon salad seasoned with Chaat masalla on it.
  8. Now for final presentation take a serving plate with v.light sprinkled Chaat masalla on the plate keep salad on Papar and shallow fried Paneer labalab garnish it with green corriander leaves and Chaat masalla.
