ABOUT BREAD STICK'S RECIPE

My kids love bread and this is an instant recipe of making bread sticks at home, in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6/8 bread slices
  2. 1 bowl crumbled paneer
  3. 2 Onion's finely chopped
  4. 1 green chilly chopped
  5. Handful of coriander leaves
  6. Salt
  7. Chat masala [as required]
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut sides of bread and roll with rolling pin
  2. Make paste of maida and water
  3. Mix all ingredients except maida,oil & bread
  4. Spread mixture on bread and roll
  5. Stick with help of maida paste and deep fry till golden paste, serve hot.
