Ramadan and Eid Receipes.This is a delightful dish, made with cauliflower which can be served as a perfect starter for any party occasion especially for Eid.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cauliflower cut in small forets
  2. 1 teaspoon ginger pasye
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  4. 1 small bowlrefined white wheat( maida)
  5. 1 small bowl Cornflour
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon white pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  10. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  11. 1 teaspoon each red& green chilli sauce
  12. 2 tablespoon tomatosauce
  13. 1 bowl refined oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, cut & boil Cauliflower small pieces in salty water.
  2. Strain water in a strainer and keep it aside.
  3. Take a bowl put refined white flour & half Cornflour in it with 1/2 teaspoon salt and both peppers make a medium paste with the help of water.
  4. Switch on gas and put oil in the pan and when it becomes hot then dip cauliflower florets in it and fry them.
  5. Take another pan Put 1 tablespoon oil and ginger-garlic finely chopped with onions let them little fry then put all above mentioned sauces and leftover salt and both peppers.
  6. Put fried Cauliflower in it , stir it fast & continuously.
  7. Take a serving tray transfer it in your style and it's ready to serve.
