ABOUT Apricot Oats yogurt ice cream RECIPE

An ice cream with unusual combinations but definitely yummy with the goodness of oats , apricots , yogurt , pistachios . A must have delicious dessert to complete the Eid Dawat menu .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  2. Frozen Bananas large 3
  3. Frozen apricots 7
  4. Rolled oats 2 tablespoons
  5. Pistachios 2 tablespoons
  6. Full fat yogurt 1 cup equals 150 ml
  7. Whipped cream 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a blender , add 1/4 cup brown sugar .
  2. Add the frozen apricots .
  3. Add 3 large frozen bananas .
  4. Add yogurt .
  5. Blend all together to a smooth thick cream.
  6. Add pistachios and whipping cream and give a quick pulse .
  7. Transfer the creamy content to one freezer safe container .
  8. Freeze the ice cream for 3 hours without disturbing .
  9. Take the ice cream container out of the freezer and keep it out for 3 minutes . This softens the ice cream .
  10. Easy to scoop and serve . This step depends on the environment ‘s temperature and humidity .
  11. Garnish with roasted pistachios and oats for the chunk taste .
  12. Serve immediately .

I powder and the oats in mixer? And do I mash the banana in hands or can I use mixer?and do I freeze the whole banana or the banana paste?
