ABOUT Chicken masala tikka RECIPE

This is a delicious chicken curry, cooked in spices, to be served with naan or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Marination
  2. Boneless chicken 500 gram
  3. Red chilli powder 2 tbs
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  5. Corn flour 2 tbs
  6. Egg 2
  7. Garam masala powdered 1/2 tbs
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Oil for frying
  10. For gravy
  11. Onion 2
  12. Tomato 2
  13. Coriandar leaves
  14. Jeera 2 tbs
  15. Coriandar powder
  16. Red chilli powder 2 tbs
  17. Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1 tbs
  18. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  19. Oil 3 tsb
  20. Kastoori methi 1 tbs
  21. CURD 1 tbs
  22. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Make a piece of chicken snd wash it.
  2. In chicken pices add all the marination ingredients
  3. Keep it for 30 mintus in fridge
  4. In another pan heat oil in it add paste of onion , tomato and hara dhaniya
  5. Then add jeera And ginger garlic paste
  6. Now add red chilli powder ,kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala , coriander powder and curd.
  7. Kept this in a low flame till masala make competely it take 15 minutes.
  8. In another pan put oil for frying our chicken is ready to fry
  9. When oil get hot deep fry chicken pieces on low flame till it turn to golden
  10. Then put this fried chicken pieces in masala pan and garnish it with coriandar leaves and serve hot
