Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For filling :-
  2. paneer 250gms
  3. 2 boiled potatoes (medium sized)
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1 onion (finely chopped)
  6. 1 teaspoon - cumin powder roasted
  7. 1 teaspoon - coriander Powder
  8. Fresh coriander - a few leaves
  9. For dressing:-
  10. mayonnaise
  11. Grated carrot
  12. Thin sliced onions
  13. And wheat chapatis for rolls


  1. Stuffing:- Grate paneer and potato and add coriander, cumin and pepper powder. Mix well.
  2. Add chopped onions, fresh coriander and salt to taste, Mix well.
  3. Make oval balls and flatten them with your hands. Shallow fry the balls.
  4. Spread Mayonnaise on chapatis, put grated carrot and the fried balls on it. Make a roll and after brushing a little oil, place them in a grill for 2 minutes. Your paneer Frankie is ready to serve :)

I had to add bread crumbs since the moment I tried frying, the paneer filling broke off. To save it, bread crumbs helped
