ABOUT Mango ice cream RECIPE

Delicious and easy ice cream with the flavours of mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 glass milk
  2. 1 large mango
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. Dry friuts garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixer grinder jar, and blend them into a paste.
  2. Pour this mixture into an air tight container, freeze this mixture for 1 hour.
  3. after an hour, blend this mixture again for 4 minutes and repeat this process 3 times.
  4. Finally set this for 8 hours. Garnish and serve.
