Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 grams Soya keema
  2. 200 grams Soya chunks
  3. 4 Onions(finely chopped and fried)
  4. 6 big Fresh tomatoe puree(grinded)
  5. 5 Cloves, 2" Cinamon stick, 2 medium size bay leaf
  6. 1 flower of javitri
  7. 2 black and 2 green cardamom
  8. 1 and a half teaspoon of salt and red chilli powder each
  9. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. 1 teaspoon garam masalla
  11. 75 grams refined oil
  12. 1 small bowl finely chopped Corriander leaves
  13. 1 onion cut in rings


  1. 1- First of all boil Soya keema & soya chunks in a salty water,when it becomes soft then strain water with the help of strainer.
  2. 2- Now keep a pan on gas switch it on & put 3 tablespoon of oil in it with all above mentioned grinded garam Masallas in it with onions & ginger-garlic paste.
  3. 3- Stir them when they become light brown in color then but a small bowl of tomato puree in it with turmeric, red chilli powder, salt & boiled soyabean keema and soya chunks.
  4. 4- When it start leaving oil and nice strong aroma comes out then put 1/2 teaspoon of readymade Garam masalla cover it and keep it on sim gas for more 10 minutes with heavy weight on the lid.
  5. 5- Now our Soya Keema chunk is ready put 1 small bowl of chopped Corriander leaves in it.
  6. 6- Now it's time to serve take a bowl transfer dish in it garnish it with few Corriander leaves and serve it with chutnies and Onion rings.
