Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. cabbage - 2 tbsp [grated]
  2. carrot - 1 [chopped]
  3. capsicum - 1 [chopped]
  4. Beans - 1 tbsp [chopped]
  5. onion- 1 [sliced]
  6. Noodles - 1 cup
  7. tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  8. chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  9. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  10. salt
  11. Refined oil


  1. Boil noodles with salt only 80% drain and run under cold water and strain. Apply oil and keep aside to cool fully. Heat a wok add 3 tsp oil add all vegetables cut thinly saute on high flame till cooked. Now add according to ur taste salt.
  2. Remember sauce contains salt add tamato ketchup chill sauce and soya sauce and vinegar saute once again and add boiled noodles mix well so that all vegetables and sauce is mixed with noodles. Veg hakka noodles is ready to serve.
