Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cooked Rice - 1 cup
  2. Cabbage Copped - 1/2 cup
  3. Carrot Chopped - 1/2 cup
  4. Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
  5. Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Shocked Nutrela - 1/2 cup
  7. Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  8. Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  11. Egg - 1 no
  12. Milk - 1 tbsp
  13. White oil - 4/5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan non stick pan, add oil & onion ,saute the onion until softened .
  2. Add the mixed vegetable & season with salt & pepper.
  3. Then add shocked nutella & mix well.
  4. Next add boiled rice stir well.
  5. Then add ketchup & soy sauce ,combine everything evenly with a spatula. Transfer the fried rice inyo a plate & wash the pan.
  6. Make a omelette ,take a small bowl add egg, milk ,salt & pepper & mix well.
  7. Heat 1 thap oil in the pan over medium to high heat ( make sure the surface of the pan in nicely coated with oil).
  8. When the pan is hot , pour the egg mixture into the pan & laid to cover the bottom of the pan. Lower the heat when the bottom of the egg had set( but still soft on top). Spinkil with some red chili powder.
  9. Put the omelette on a small bowl
  10. Then add fried rice on the top of the omelette.
  11. Hold a plate in one hand & the pan in the other hand,flip the pan & move the omurice yo the plate.
  12. Drizzle the matchup & some coriander leaves on the top for decoration., & Serve hot
