About Chilly Paneer Recipe

This is an easy and yummy recipe of chilly paneer to be served for dinner parties.

Chilly Paneer

Ingredients to make Chilly Paneer

  • 250 grams cottage cheese (1" and a 1/2"cubed)
  • 2 big capsicum (cut into 1/4 piece cubed)
  • One small bowl of cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 onions (cut into 1/4 into cubed)
  • 3 green chillies(finely chopped)
  • 1teaspoon finely chopped green Corriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon each Red and green chili sauce
  • One big bowl refined oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

How to make Chilly Paneer

  1. first of all cut cottage cheese into small cubes and make a mixture of Cornflour with little salt and both peppers.
  2. Now switch on gas and put pan with oil on it and when it becomes hot then put pieces dipped in mixture in it.
  3. Now take out excess oil from a pan let remain only two tablespoon oil in it.
  4. Now put ginger-garlic paste in it with green chillies after that put cubed onions and all above mentioned sauces in it with v.little salt, white, black Pepper and red chilli powder in it.
  5. Now put paste of leftover cornflour mixture and cubed capsicum and stir it after 2 minutes put fried Paneer pieces in it and stir it fast and softly.
  6. Our chilli paneer is ready to serve transfer it in a serving bowl garnish it with finely chopped Corriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

Use v.little salt because all sauces have salt in them and also cook on high flame for fresh delicious taste.
