Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. paneer 250 gms
  2. masala Papad 4-5
  3. *For Marination*
  4. Corn flour 2 tblspn
  5. salt to taste
  6. Red chilly sauce 1 tblpsn
  7. Green Chilly sauce 1 tblspn
  8. tomato Ketchup 1 tblspn
  9. Schezwan Chutney 1 tblspn
  10. ginger Garlic Paste 1 tblspn
  11. Black pepper Powder 1 tsp
  12. oil For Frying


  1. Cut paneer Into big cubes or desired shape.
  2. In a Mixer Jar Add Papad and make a coarse powder.
  3. In a Big Bowl Mix All The Ingredients of Marination and make a thick better.
  4. Add all the Paneer Cubes and mix well.
  5. Keep covered in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes take out the marinated Paneer.
  7. In a plate spread Crushed Papad.
  8. Take 1 piece of marinated Paneer and coat well into the Crushed Papad and keep in a plate.
  9. Keep ready all the Tikkas in same way.
  10. Now heat up oil in a kadhahi and fry these Tikkas on medium flame till golden or crisp.
  11. Crispy Papad Paneer Tikka Is Ready To Serve.
  12. Serve Hot with Schezwan Chutney or Green Chutney.
