Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Lemons large 3
  2. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Water 500 ml


  1. Microwave lemons for a minute to make them soft.
  2. Squeeze out the juice with a handheld sqeezer.
  3. Stir in black salt and mix well.
  4. Fill up the popsicle moulds and freeze for almost 4 hours.
  5. Tangy and sweet nimbu pani popsies are ready for kids to enjoy or to serve at iftaar.
