Presenting indian parantha burger with pudina parantha and razma tikki.it is a delicious and healthy recipe.instead of bread and bun i make burger with flour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cuo raazma
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1 tbsp grated carrot
  4. 1 Onion
  5. 1/2 cup coriander keaves
  6. chopped ginger
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi
  9. 1 tsp amchur powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala
  11. 1 tsp jeera powder
  12. 2 tsp lemin juice
  13. 1 onion and 1 tomato slices
  14. 1 tbsp mayo
  15. 1 tbsp sauce
  16. 2 Cheese slices
  17. 1 cup bread crumb
  18. 1 cup Flour
  19. 1 tspp oil
  20. salt as per taste
  21. 1 tsp green chutney
  22. 7 mint leaves
  23. Oil for frying
  24. For garnish cherry tomato
  25. And lettuce

Instructions

  1. Take flour,salt,oil, green chutney and mint leaves
  2. Make dough
  3. Grind ginger,green chilli and razma
  4. Add all vegetables and spices
  5. Mix them finely and make tikkies
  6. Roll down dough and cut small parantha in same size of tikkies
  7. Cook all paranthas
  8. Take bread crumbs in plate
  9. Roll tummies in bread crumb
  10. And shallow fry them
  11. Mix mayo and sauce
  12. Take one para tha spread mayo mix
  13. And add onion slice
  14. Add tikki
  15. And add cheese slice
  16. Upon it add tomato slice
  17. Cover with other parantha
  18. Garnish with cherry tomato and lettuce
