ABOUT Idli sandwich RECIPE

It's totally one pot meal for kiddos, nothing else required.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl rava
  2. 1 boiled potato mashed
  3. 2 cup Moong Dal, urad Dal powder
  4. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 tablespoon peanuts
  6. 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  7. 1 packet eno
  8. 1 cup buttermilk
  9. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soaked rava in butter milk for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add Dal powder, salt and mix it nicely, if required add little buttermilk for thick batter.
  3. Now add eno and mix it nicely.
  4. Now take microwave bowl and put batter in it and spread peanuts and sprinkle red chilli powder and baked in microwave for 5 minutes.
  5. Then demould it and again put batter and baked it.
  6. Now take mashed potato add salt, red chilli powder and mix it nicely.
  7. Then take one Idli and spread some potato mixture and put another Idli on it.
  8. Your Idli sandwich is ready for relishing with kiddos.
