This oats coated cheese stuffed veggi balls are easy to prepare and really very tasty. kid will love it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato- medium size 4
  2. Vegetables: choped 2 cups (carrot, cabbage, coliflower, beans,capcicum),
  3. Cheese cube: small size two cubes ( roughly 40 g)
  4. Ginger-Gerlicpaste- 1tespoon ,Chopped gerlic-2 pods
  5. Chopped onion -1 small size
  6. Chopped green cilli-1 (optional) ,Crushed black Pepper- 2teaspoon
  7. Salt as per taste Sugar slightly (for taste)
  8. Coriander leaf chopped - 1table spoon
  9. Besan (gram flower)-2 table spoon make a batter with little water and pinch off Salt
  10. Oats for coating: I used oat flex ( rough powdered -grind in mixer grinder)
  11. Refined Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes,add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste+ salt + slight sugar+ 1/2 teaspoon pepper +chopped coriander mix all.
  2. Mix properly and keep it aside.
  3. Now half boil all vegetables with little salt and mash it.
  4. In a pan or kadai heat 1 table spoon of oil. Add chopped onion and chopped garlic. Fry it add salt , remaining pepper, chopped green cilis. Add the mashed veggies. Mix it well. Keep aside .
  5. Cut the cheese cubes
  6. Now take the mashed potato Put some veg mix on it and place a small cheese cube on it. Put more veggies on it.
  7. Now close by the potato layer and make a ball
  8. Deep it in the besan batter and roll it on oats powder
  9. Make all the balls like this.
  10. Deep fry it.
  11. Drain and keep the balls on a kitchen tissue for soaking the excess oil.
  12. Serve it hot with tomato kechup or any other deep of your kid's choice.
