Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes after that wash it again with fresh water.
Switch on gas and put 1 tablespoon Desi ghee in it with cloves& cinnamon sticks.
Then put 3 cup of water in it and when it starts boiling put 1/4 tea spoon of orange colour and rice let it boil up to 80%.
Let water be soaked properly now put sugar in it and stir it v. softly then cover it and cook on high flame now sugar is melt and juice is absorbed.
Now put Khoya made at home by drying milk, cardamon powder and nearly all dry fruits keep few left for garnishing.
Now it's time to serve take a serving bowl or tray transfer zarda in the tray and
put 1 teaspoon Desi ghee on it with giving final garnishing with Dryfruits.
