Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pooris 10
  2. boiled potatoes 2
  3. sprouted beans grated carrot and minced capsicum
  4. Chopped onions 1
  5. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Mint leaves 1 bunch
  8. Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  9. Green chillies 2
  10. Tamarind small lemon size
  11. Jaggery ad required
  12. Dates 4
  13. Dry grapes 4
  14. Salt

Instructions

  1. boil the potatoes and add sprouted beans, onion, grated carrot ,capsicum, pepper powder, jeera powder, salt mix everything together and keep it aside
  2. Grind mint leaves coriander leaves green chillies lemon juice salt and sugar mix everything together and strain it and make it as a watery consistency and keep it aside.
  3. Boil the tamarind nicely and strain it add jaggery and grind the dates and dry grapes together and mix everything and keep aside .
  4. Now make a hole in the poori stuff potato stuff and if you want you can add Kara chutney or if you want you can add sweet chutney and you can feed your baby ,kids are really going to enjoy this
