This chicken keema cutlet is my all time favourite because its flavour make it different from other veg or non-veg cutlets. That's why kids in my family and their friends like it alot. I make it often at evening time to serve with tea. Hope you all will like and make it again and again.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For filling:-
  2. Chicken mince(keema) 200 gm
  3. Onion finely chopped 1
  4. Tomato chopped 1/2
  5. Green chillies chopped 6
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil 1 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Boiled potato 2
  11. for batter:-
  12. Besan or gram flour 3 tablespoon
  13. Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  14. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  15. Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  16. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  17. Water as required
  18. Corn flakes 1 packet (crushed it)
  19. Bread slices 10


  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them and keep aside.
  2. Take a wok, heat oil, fry onion, then sautè ginger garlic paste, after that add tomato and green chillies and cook fir 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add chicken mince and mix well and add salt and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Dry all the water. And take out in a plate and let it be cool down. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes.
  5. Take bread slice and dip in water and squeeze with both the palm and fill 3/4 teaspoon filling in it and make cutlet.
  6. Make all the cutlets with bread slices like this.
  7. Make thick batter.
  8. Dip these cutlets one by one in batter and coat with crushed corn flakes.
  9. Fry till golden.
  10. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or dip.
