Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes (5-6)
  2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 2 tbspn cornflour
  4. 1/2 tspn pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tspn chilli flakes
  6. 1/2 tspn oregano
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1/2 cup cheese grated( mozzarella+ processed)
  9. oil for frying


  1. Mash boiled potatoes
  2. Add cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, chillies flakes, oregano and cheese ( here I added processed cheese and mozzarella cheese too.
  3. Mix all these ingredients and keep it in fridge for atleast an hour.
  4. Now prepare cornflour mixture by adding salt, pepper and water to cornflour.
  5. Now take the mixture out from the fridge
  6. Heat the oil for frying.
  7. Now make cylindrical shaped nuggets.
  8. Dip this nuggets in cornflour mixture and roll them in crumbs
  9. Again roll it in cornflour mixture and coat it with crumbs.
  10. I am repeating this because the mixture contains cheese so at the time of frying if the coating is thin the cheese will oozes in the oil and spoil it.
  11. Now you can keep the coated nuggets in the fridge for half an hour
  12. Later take them out and fry till golden brown.
  13. Serve them with your favorite dip.
