ABOUT Suji Pakoda RECIPE

Taste's like vegetable idli but in pakoda style.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup of Suji
  2. Yogurt 1 cup
  3. Salt and red chilli as per taste
  4. Chopped onion and capsicum 1 cup each
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Green chilli and coriander as per taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Make a pakoda type batter (Thick).
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve it with red, green and coconut chutney.
