ABOUT cabbage veg manchurian RECIPE

This is a quick and delicious starter, made with cabbage.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  2. 1 carrot grated
  3. ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  4. ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbsp corn flour
  6. ½ tsp salt
  7. ½ cup maida
  8. 2 tbsp water
  9. oil for deep frying
  10. 2 tbsp oil
  11. 2 clove garlic finely chopped
  12. 4 tbsp spring onions chopped
  13. ¼ onion finely chopped
  14. 1 green chilli slit
  15. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  16. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  17. 2 tbsp vinegar
  18. ¼ tsp salt
  19. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  20. ¼ tsp pepper crushed

Instructions

  1. firstly, take 2 cup finely chopped cabbage and 1 grated carrot. ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ cup maida and 2 tbsp corn flour.
  2. combine and prepare a soft dough..deep fry cabbage balls in hot oil or bake at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes or till cabbage balls turn crisp and gets cooked well completely from inside.
  3. now in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic. also saute 2 tbsp spring onions, ¼ onion and 1 green chilli.
  4. additionally, add ½ capsicum and saute well. further add 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.
  5. saute on high flame till the sauce thickens. now add fried cabbage balls and mix gently.
  6. finally, cabbage manchurian is ready to serve hot. very tasty
