Simple and tasty cookies, with the indulgence of nutella.

Ingredients Serving: 10

1 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup nutella at room temperature
Filling : 1/2 cup nutella at room temperature
4 tbsp chopped hazelnuts or walnuts

Instructions

In a bowl whisk egg and nutella glossy for 2 minutes
Add all purpose flour beat to combine well
Wrap this dough in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 25 minutes.
Pre heat oven 180 ℃ for 10 minutes
Remove the dough make 14 balls out of it.place them on a lined tray at 1" distance
Make s dint in the center of all the cookies
Transfer 1/2 cup nutella to a piping bag ,cut the tip of the piping bag
Pipe into the dint of all the cookies ,and sprinkle nuts on the nutella
Bake at 170 ℃ for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove let rest for 5 minutes ,then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Tasty nutella cookies are ready to munch. Store in a air tight container.
