Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Carom seed 1/4 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Oil 1 tsp
  5. For filling
  6. Boiled potatoes 2
  7. Boiled peas 1/4 cup
  8. Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
  9. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Roasted coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Green chilly paste 1/2 tsp
  13. amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
  14. black salt 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. For dip
  17. Maida 2 tbsp
  18. Water 1/4 cup
  19. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida, salt, carom seed ,mix well and knead a soft dough. Cover with wet cloth and Keep rest for 20 minutes
  2. Now in pan heat 1 tsp oil, saute green chilly paste, ad all spices, salt and mash potatoes, boiled and mashed peas, aamchur powder, black salt. Cook for few seconds. Mix well and let it cool.
  3. dost the dough with Maida roll the dough with rolling pin.
  4. Now spread potato stuffing uniformly. Tightly roll it. And cut from 1/2 inches distance. Flatten slightly.
  5. Now take maida ,ad some water to make light batter.
  6. Dip samosa in maida batter and deep fry in hot oil
  7. Serve with coriander and mint chutney.
