Pakodas are must recipe during the festival in ramzan, not only kids but adults also like this!!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chana dal 1 cup
  2. spinach leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. soak chana dal for 2 hours. Then wash and rinse, With 1 or 2 tsp water make fine paste.
  2. add chopped spinach leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, salt, green chilly paste. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil and fry pakodas until crispy golden.

It goes well with ketchup or chutney.
