About Kachori Recipe

Kachori

Ingredients to make Kachori

  • maida - 2 cup
  • Refined oil
  • baking soda - a pinch
  • salt
  • Ajwain - 1 tsp
  • kalonji -1/2 tsp
  • Sattu- 1 cup
  • green chillies- 3
  • Garam masala-1tsp
  • Mustard oil -2 tsp
  • Kasuri methi-2 tsp

How to make Kachori

  1. In a bowl add maida,salt -1/2 tsp, refined oil -4 tsp, baking soda and make a smooth dough. And keep aside for 20 min.
  2. In another bowl ,add sattu,salt ,garam masala ,kasuri metti, green chillies, ajwain, kalonji and mustard oil and mix well with water .keep aside a filling.
  3. Now make small balls from the Dough and fill 1-2 tsp filling and seal it, and make a kachori shape ,make sure filling should not come out.
  4. Heat oil for frying.
  5. Fry kachori in low medium flame till it turn golden brown.
  6. Serve kachori with mango pickle.
