Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless Chicken - 300 gm
  2. Potato - 2
  3. Chilli powder- 2 tspn
  4. Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
  5. Pepper powder- 1 1/2 tspn
  6. Cumin powder- 1 tspn
  7. Garam masala - 1 tspn
  8. Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tspn
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. All purpose flour for dusting
  12. Egg for dipping the doughnuts before frying
  13. Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash it
  2. Cook the chicken with little salt and 1/2 tspn pepper powder , 1/4 tspn turmeric powder and after that shred the chicken
  3. Now take a bowl with mashed potatoes and shredded chicken and add chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder , ginger garlic paste coriander leaves and salt
  4. Mix it well
  5. Now on the smooth place roll the potato chicken dough by dusting it with all purpose flour so it will not be sticky
  6. Take a large circle container top and make a shape and a small one to make a hole in the middle
  7. Now take the shaped once and then dip in the egg dipping and then in the bread crumbs
  8. And likewise do the same thing and make shapes
  9. Now take a pan with oil for deep frying the doughnut shaped chicken and cook it in the medium flame
  10. And then serve and enjoy it with tomato ketchup
  11. Nice crispy chicken doughnuts
