ABOUT noodles RECIPE

Kids love noodles and this is an easy recipe to make , for them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. boiled noodles 1 cup
  2. vegetables of your choice [beans, carrots, spring onions, bell peppers] - 1/2 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  5. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Green chilly sauce [optional] - 1/2 tsp
  7. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a wok, add all the chopped vegetables and stir fry.
  2. Now add the salt, pepper powder. Mix well and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Then add the soy sauce and the chilly sauce. Mix well and cook for few more minutes, then add the boiled noodles and mix well.
  4. Check for seasoning and this is ready to be served.
