Wrap is a thin flat bread which you can fill with ur desirable veggie n flavour.great for packing in a kids lunch or dinner because its complete and perfect meal which is full of nutrition.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 1cup diced capsicum
  3. 1cup corn n peas
  4. 1/2cup boiled beans
  5. 3 cheese slices
  6. 1 spoon white sauce
  7. 1 spoon tomato sauce
  8. 1tsp black pepper
  9. 1tsp orgeano
  10. 1cup wheat flour
  11. 1spoon oil
  12. Crushed ginger garlic
  13. 1tbsb salt
  14. 1spoon semolina
  15. 1tbsp butter
  16. 2 chopped tomato
  17. 1 grated carrot

Instructions

  1. Take a med bowl add wheat flour, semolina ,salt n 1 tbsp oil mix well.
  2. Now add water n knead soft dough n keep aside.
  3. Meanwhile take pan add butter now add crushed ginger garlic,capsicum saute for 1 min .
  4. Add beans ,corn n peas saute it now add boiled mashed potatoes .
  5. Let it cook for 5min now add all spices n grated carrot.keep aside
  6. Take small portion from dough n roll like chapati spray some oil
  7. Let it cook for 2-3min from both sides.
  8. Now take chapati add white sauce spread veggie mixture .
  9. Add tomato sauce n cheese now add sliced tomatoes.
  10. Roll tightly like wrap n microwave it for 2-3min.
  11. Enjoy yoour healthy veggie wrap
