ABOUT Baked Bread Cones in Cooker RECIPE

I have nt any oven for baking, bt my kids nd family loves to eat baked cones and many more baked dishes, today I try baking in Cooker .. some time is also more consuming but result is in front of you.... Taste is soooo yummy... I was crazy for baked Cones , bt I have also not Cones moulds .. bt I try with papers .. so nyc shape like cone moulds ..... Filling is very healthy to all specially for kids who avoides curd and veggies .. i used curd and veggies for filling .. let us try this yummy recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Cones --
  2. 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
  3. 1/2 tspn salt
  4. 1/2 cup Lukewarm milk
  5. 2 tbspn oil
  6. 2 tspn dry yeast
  7. 2 tspn sugar
  8. 1/4 cup lukewarm water
  9. Oil for brushing
  10. Milk for brushing
  11. 1/2 tspn Seasame seeds
  12. 1/2 tspn Kalonji
  13. For filling --
  14. 1/2 cup hung curd
  15. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  16. 1 tspn sugar powder
  17. Chopped veggies to taste --
  18. (Onion , Tomato, green capsicum, red capsicum,, carrot, sweet corns, cucumber, coriander leaves , green chilly.)
  19. Oregano
  20. Chilly flakes
  21. Salt to taste
  22. Black pepper
  23. Chaat masala
  24. For 2 paper cones--
  25. A4 size 4 papers
  26. Aluminium foil sheets 2 some big than A4 Size paper

Instructions

  1. For cones --
  2. Combine yeast , lukewarm water, sugar into a cup and stirr with a spoon or fork and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain all purpose flour into a big bowl , mix salt and oil.
  4. After 10 minutes check yeast water it will be rise , stirr again with fork .
  5. Add this yeast into maida bowl nd knead with gently adding milk . Knead until the dough is smooth and soft dough . It will take 15 minutes .. then dough wll become soft and fluffy . It's the main part of dish .
  6. Shift the dough into greased bowl and Cover with wet kitchen towel and let it rise fir 2 hours in a warm area or until double in size .
  7. Meanwhile prepare paper #cones .--
  8. Take 2 sheets of paper nd make a cone and cover with foil paper as shown into pics . So that paper is not visible from any side Make both Cones like this .
  9. When dough rises to double then dust ur hands with maida and again knead and punch for 10 minutes .
  10. Divide dough into 5 equal parts and rest for 5 minutes .
  11. Roll each piece of dough on the counter with dust and make a long round rope near about 2-3 hands long .
  12. Roll these ropes around the paper Cones. Brushing with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds and kalonji .
  13. Put 250 gram salt Into cooker and put a stand or katori on salt , be care stand should be some height salt should nt be touched to cone plate .
  14. Pre heat the cooker for five minutes on high flame
  15. Put the ready Cones on a foil coverd plate and place this plate into pre heated cooker on stand .
  16. Remove the rubber and whistel of lid and cover with lid. Flame should me medium . Bake for 20-30 minutes ,until become golden brown.
  17. Then off the gass and rest for 5 minutes .
  18. Then open the lid brushing the oil and cover cooker with wet towel and let them cool for half an hour then demould ..
  19. Then fill them with ur favourite filling and serve .
  20. For filling--
  21. Mix hung curd , mayonnaise and sugar make creamy .
  22. Toss all chopped veggies with mayo curd .
  23. Mix oregano , chilly flakes, salt , chaat masala, black pepper. Filling is ready .
