Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm panner cut in cubes
  2. 1cup mix veg.(red, yellow,green caipcicum,Onion) cut in cubes
  3. 150 gm hungcurd
  4. 1tb Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1tb Lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tb tandoori Masala
  8. 1/2 garmamasala
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. 1tb gingergarlic paste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In bowl take all ingredients except oil and mix .keep aside 1/2 an hour for marination
  2. After 1/2 hour skewers red, yellow,red, Green caipcicum ,onion cubes,and Panner cubes one by one .
  3. Heat oil in non-stick pan and shallow fry ready Panner skewers. From all side
  4. Serve hot ready tikka with chutney
