Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Condensed milk 6 tbsp
  2. Heavy Cream 200 ml
  3. Mango pulp 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped Mango pieces

Instructions

  1. Take 200ml heavy cream & whip well till it doubles up in volume and you get soft peaks.
  2. Add condensed milk, mango pulp and chopped mango pieces.
  3. Pour this mixture into a container. put it in the freezer.
  4. After 45 mins mix, this mixture again to avoid ice crystal formation. Repeat this step after 45 mins for 2-3 times. Freeze overnight.
