Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gram vermicelli
  2. ½ spoon ghee
  3. 2 spoon milkmaid
  4. 250 gram fresh hung curd
  5. 7-8 kesar threads
  6. 1½ spoon sugar
  7. 2 spoon
  8. Cardimon powder ⅛ spoon
  9. For garnishing
  10. Pomegranate seeds
  11. Chopped pistachio

Instructions

  1. Dry roast vermicelli on medium flame till golden brown
  2. Add milkmaid and mix well
  3. Switch off the flame
  4. Make vermicelli cups in silicone cups by pressing with spoon
  5. Keep in freezer for 1 hour
  6. Soak kesar in milk
  7. Mix sugar and kesar milk in curd
  8. Keep in freezer for ½ hour
  9. Take out cups from mould and put 1½ spoon shrikhand in each
  10. Garnish with pomegranate and pistachio
  11. Serve chilled
