Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 Cup Rava
  2. one spoon baking soda
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1½ cup sugar
  5. 1 spoon ghee
  6. 1 cup curd
  7. 1 spoon vanilla essence
  8. ¼ cup. Tuti fruity

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix sugar,milk and ghee
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add curd and other ingredients
  4. If needed add more milk
  5. Transfer in greased cake mould
  6. Steam the cake in idli cooker
  7. Serve immidietly otherwise it may turn hard
