Quick recipe of cake with parle g biscuit

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 packets parle g biscuit of 10 rs
  2. Cold milk 1 cup
  3. Powdered sugar 4 spoon
  4. Vanilla essence ¼ spoon
  5. Butter 2 spoon
  6. Eno ½ spoon
  7. Gems

Instructions

  1. make a fine powder of biscuits by grinding in mixer
  2. put the biscuit powder in a bowl
  3. mix all ingredients in biscuit powder except Eno
  4. make a smooth batter and mix Eno
  5. Pour the batter in Greased cake tin
  6. Preheat the oven on 220°
  7. Bake the cake for 15 minutes on 180 °
  8. When cake is ready transfer on a plate
  9. Garnish with gems
