Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup refined flour
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Refined oil 3 spoon
  4. Lukewarm water as required
  5. Crumbled cottage cheese 1 cup
  6. Finely chopped onion ¼ cup
  7. Tomato sauce 1 spoon
  8. Chilli sauce 1 spoon
  9. Garam masala ½ spoon
  10. Butter
  11. Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix refined flour,2 spoon oil and salt in a bowl
  2. Make a soft dough by adding lukewarm water
  3. Cover and keep aside
  4. Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok
  5. Saute onion till golden brown
  6. Add cottage cheese,salt ,garam masala and both sauce
  7. Mix well and let it cool
  8. Make lemon sized balls from the dough
  9. Roll into thin chapati from the ball
  10. Slightly cook on tava from both sides
  11. Apply mayonnaise on middle of the Frankie wrap
  12. Spread 2 spoon bhurji in middle and roll tightly
  13. Insert toothpick
  14. Cook all sides on tava by applying butter
