Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Finely grated carrot 1 number
  2. Finely chopped beans 5 numbers
  3. Finely grated cauliflower 2 florets
  4. Finely chopped cabbage 2 tablespoon
  5. Finely chopped garlic 10 numbers
  6. Finely chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  7. Finely chopped celery 2 tablespoon
  8. Finely chopped onion 1 number
  9. Green chilly 2 numbers
  10. Corn flour 4 tablespoon
  11. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Shechwan sauce 2 tablespoon
  13. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  14. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a kadai add 1 teaspoon oil and saute the vegetables for 3 minutes till they become tender
  2. Add pepper powder and 2 tablespoon Corn flour to the vegetables and switch off flame
  3. Make small balls of the vegetables
  4. Fry these balls in hot oil (May add more corn flour to avoid the balls from breaking while frying)
  5. In a wide non stick pan heat oil and add chopped onion garlic green chilly and ginger and saute for 2 minutes
  6. Add all sauces and vinegar and mix well
  7. Add 1 tablespoon Corn flour and mix well
  8. Add 1/4 cup water
  9. Add salt and allow it to boil
  10. Add fried balls and serve hot
