Crispy fried chicken wings tossed in tangy spicy sauce

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken wings
  2. Cornflour
  3. Black paper powder
  4. Salt
  5. Butter
  6. Garlic
  7. Oil
  8. Tomato ketchup
  9. Hot sauce


  1. Mix cornflour, salt, black paper in bowl
  2. Now, coat the flour mixture to the washed and clean chicken wings
  3. Dust the excess flour and keep aside
  4. Heat oil in pan for deep-frying the wings
  5. Once oil is hot enough, fry the wings till golden and crisp
  6. In another pan, heat the butter
  7. Add chopped garlic and saute for while. Don't over brown garlic
  8. Now, add tomato ketchup in butter and mix well
  9. Add hot sauce (tobasco) in ketchup and stirr it
  10. Add required salt
  11. Once sauce is thick and cooked well
  12. Add fried chicken wings and toss properly
  13. Coat each piece with sauce and serve hot
