Cake in chocolate flavor and topped with chocolate syrup

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup refined flour
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. half cup cocoa powder
  4. ½ spoon baking soda
  5. half spoon baking powder
  6. one cup cold milk
  7. Melted Ghee ¼ cup
  8. one spoon chocolate essence
  9. Hershey's chocolate syrup
  10. sprinklers for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix milk in flour and Whisk gently
  2. Add sugar and cocoa powder
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Mix ghee,baking powder,soda and essence and blend well
  5. Pour in greased cake mould
  6. Preheat the oven on 200°
  7. Bake the cake in oven for 15 minutes
  8. When it is on room temperature take out on another plate
  9. Pour chocolate syrup and smear all over the cake
  10. Keep in fridge for 15 minutes
  11. Garnish with sprinklers and cut.
