This is very tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl semolina
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  5. 1 tomato chopped
  6. 2 green chilli chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 eno
  10. Oil

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl put semolina and curd mix to make a smooth better adding little water at intervals.
  2. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes add all the chopped vegies and salt mix it well.
  4. Now add eno and gently mix.
  5. Heat appe pan put 2 drop oil in each mould and put 1 table spoon better in every mould.
  6. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes each side.
  7. Now with a spoon flip it upside down and cook for another 2-3 min
  8. Vegetables appe is ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
