ABOUT Avocado Egg Roll RECIPE

Cheesecake factory inspired Avocado Egg Roll. I baked Rolls and Rice noodle too. It can be treated as healthy version of the roll.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg Roll Wrapper
  2. 12 oz of All purpose flour,7 oz of hot water,1/2 tsp of salt, Oil
  3. Cashew Tamarind sauce
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cashew, 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro,2 green onions, 1/2 tsp canine pepper, 1 tsp cumin powder, 6 tbs of rice white vinegar,2 tbp of honey,1/2 tsp tamarind paste,2 cloves of garlic,1 tbs of black pepper,Toasted white seasmie seed,! tbsp hoisin sauce
  5. Avocado chopped in bite size
  6. Sun dried tomato chop in little pieces
  7. Pink Onion chopped in small pieces
  8. Chopped Cilantro
  9. Rice noodle
  10. 1 Egg
  11. Oil to brush the baking tray

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 1/2 tsp of salt into really hot water and take the all purpose flour.
  2. Pour the water into the flour and knead it well, make a soft dough.
  3. Cover with a plastic film and let it sit for 30 minutes, after that knead it well for more 6 minutes till the dough become really smooth.
  4. Make the balls and flatten it.
  5. Roll it and brush some oil and take another skin and stick together. Try to make both the pieces in same size.
  6. Do not go more than 8 or 9 inch.
  7. Turn the heat medium and cook for 20 seconds.Flip and do other side for 10 more seconds.
  8. Take it out of the pan and separate them slowly. Two wrappers are ready.
  9. All the wrappers are ready.
  10. Cut the sides to give the wrapper a square shape.
  11. Take all the ingredients for the stuffing.
  12. Mix them gently.
  13. Put bite size in the corner of the wrapper.
  14. Wrapping procedure.
  15. Now close the wrap and brush it with beaten egg.
  16. Coat the baking tray with 1 tsp oil and arrange all the rolls.
  17. Preheat the oven in 425 Fahrenheit and bale the rolls for 15 minutes.
  18. In the same 425 Fahrenheit spread the boiled rice noodle in one layer for 15- 20 minutes.
  19. Arrange all the ingredients.
  20. In the oven top take hoisin sauce,tamarind paste and Rice vinegar for 3-4 minutes. blend all together and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and toasted sesme seed.
