Ingredients to make Jam roll

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 spoon dry active yeast
  • ½ cup lukewarm milk
  • Lukewarm water
  • ½ spoon salt
  • oil 2 spoon
  • Mix fruit jam

How to make Jam roll

  1. Mix sugar and yeast in Lukewarm milk and cover for 20 minutes
  2. Take refined flour in a bowl and make a hole in between
  3. Add salt and oil
  4. Add activated in flour and mix together
  5. Make a soft dough with lukewarm milk and punch the dough for 10 minutes
  6. Smear oil over the dough and cover for 2 hours
  7. It will triple in size then punch afain
  8. Devide in equal portion and roll into thick circle
  9. Apply jam and roll in cylinder shape
  10. Cut with thread and keep in baking tray
  11. Leave for 30 minutes then bake for 10 minutes
