Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina - 1 cup
  2. Coconut milk powder - 2 tbspn
  3. Sugar-1/2 Cup
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee - about 2 tbspn
  6. Water - 1/2 cup
  7. Nuts of your choice for garnish


  1. Take a pan heat it and put ghee....When hot put suji and roast it on low flame for a few minutes
  2. You will start getting a nice aroma....Then add the coconut milk powder.... Mix well.
  3. Now add milk and water mixed together and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed
  4. Put sugar and cook for about 2 minutes till it gets thick
  5. Turn off the gas and garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds...
  6. Serve hot or cold
