Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gms Chicken with bone
  2. 200 gms Boiled Rice
  3. 60 ml Refined Oil
  4. 20 gms Butter
  5. 20 gms Garlic
  6. 5 gms Green Chilli
  7. 3 gms Turmeric
  8. 5 gms Deggi Mirch
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 60 gms Yellow Gravy
  11. 80 gms Chop Masala
  12. 60 gms Makhani Gravy
  13. 5 gms Fresh Mint
  14. 5 gms Green Coriander
  15. 2 gms Garam Masala
  16. 3 gms Kitchen King
  17. 15 ml Saffron Water
  18. 15 ml Kewra Water
  19. 10 gms Brown Onion
  20. For the Yellow Gravy (1 ltr) :
  21. 700 gms Onion
  22. 200 gms Kaju
  23. 200 gms Magaj
  24. 50 gms Ginger
  25. 50 gms Garlic
  26. 50 gms Green Chilli
  27. 60 ml Refined Oil
  28. 2 gms Bay Leaf
  29. 2 gms Green Cardamom
  30. 2 gms Cinnamon
  31. 2 gms Black Cardamom
  32. 2 gms Clove
  33. 1 gms Peppercorn
  34. 5 gms Turmeric
  35. Salt to taste
  36. For the Chop Masala ( 1 ltr ) :
  37. 500 gms Onion
  38. 300 gms Tomatoes
  39. 50 gms Ginger
  40. 50 gms Garlic
  41. 100 ml Refined Oil
  42. 2 gms Bay Leaf
  43. 2 gms Cinnamon
  44. 2 gms Black Cardamom
  45. 5 gms Cumin
  46. 5 gms Garam Masala
  47. 5 gms Kitchen King
  48. 10 gms Deggi Mirch
  49. 10 gms Coriander Powder
  50. Salt to taste
  51. For the Makhani Gravy ( 1 ltr ) :
  52. 700 gms Tomatoes
  53. 100 gms Kaju
  54. 100 gms Magaj
  55. 50 gms Ginger
  56. 50 gms Garlic
  57. 50 gms Green Chilli
  58. 60 ml Refined Oil
  59. 2 gms Bay Leaf
  60. 2 gms Green Cardamom
  61. 2 gms Black Cardamom
  62. 2 gms Clove
  63. 10 gms Deggi Mirch
  64. 10 gms Sugar
  65. 200 ml Tomato Puree
  66. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, green chilli and add chicken to it, cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add turmeric, deggi mirch, salt and cook for 5 more minutes. Add yellow gravy, chop masala, makhani gravy, garam masala and kitchen king masala.
  3. Cover chicken with boiled rice, green coriander, fresh mint, saffron water, kewra water and brown onions.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, serve with raita.
  5. For the Yellow Gravy: Boiled onion with kaju, magaj, ginger, garlic and green chili.
  6. Heat oil add whole masala followed by onion paste. Add turmeric and salt when the gravy is done. Keep refrigerated.
  7. For the Chop Masala:
  8. Chop onion and tomato.
  9. Heat oil add bay leaves and cumin seeds. Add chop onions, ginger garlic paste cooke for 5 minutes.
  10. Add chop tomato to it, cook for 15- 20 minutes. Add deegi mirch, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala and kitchen king.
  11. Keep cool and refrigerated.
  12. For the Makhani Gravy:
  13. Wash tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chili, kaju and magaj.
  14. Boil the above ingredients with whole Masala, deggi mirch, salt and sugar. Blend and strain.
  15. Heat oil add bay leaf, black cardamom, ginger garlic paste, deggi mirch and tomato puree. Add the blended tomatoes with the above.
  16. Cook for 15 minutes, cool and refrigerate.
