Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. paneer 100 gms cut into 1 inch slices
  2. hung curd 1/2 cup
  3. chaat masala 1 tsp
  4. tandoori masala 1 tsp
  5. mint leaves 10
  6. coriander leaves
  7. green chilli 2
  8. garlic 2 pods
  9. salt as per taste
  10. cornflour 1 tbsp
  11. oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make hung curd by hanging the curd in a Muslin cloth for 1/2 hour
  2. make a paste using mint leaves,coriander leaves,green chilli and garlic
  3. add hung curd,masala paste,Chaat masala,tandoori masala,salt and oil together
  4. add paneer slices and well coat it with the paste
  5. You can grill or simply cook in a nonstick pan both the sides till golden colour for 5-6 mins
