ABOUT Pinwheel chicken RECIPE

My style of making chicken pinwheel - made with boneless chicken, cheese, vegetables, seasoned with Italian spices. Very healthy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Boneless chicken - 500gm
  2. Boiled mashed potato - 1 cup
  3. Grated carrot - 1 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped garlic - 2 tbsp
  6. Chopped onion - 1 cup
  7. Chopped chillies - 1 tbsp
  8. Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
  9. Crushed pepper - 1 tbsp
  10. Italian mix spices - 1 1/2 tbsp
  11. Salt - 1 tbsp
  12. Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  13. Grated cheese - 1 cup
  14. Egg - 1 nos
  15. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  16. Aluminium foil


  1. Put boneless chicken in the blender and blend well.
  2. Add boiled potato, 1/2 tbsp Salt,, crushed pepper, 1/2 tbsp Italian spices,half of the chopped ginger garlic and olive oil. Mix properly.
  3. Chop all the vegetables like this and mix it with salt.
  4. Take aluminium foil and brush little oil. Now spread the chicken mix evenly.
  5. Spread chopped vegetables mix with salt. Squeeze the extra water of vegetables before stuffed on the chicken bed.
  6. Now spread cheese and sprinkle Italian spices.
  7. Now hold the aluminium foil and carefully fold it tightly. Close the both ends of the roll.
  8. Put chicken cylinder roll on the water bath and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
  9. Remove aluminium foil after roll was cool. In this stage you can cut it and can be serve but I want little crispy outer layer.
  10. For crispy pinwheel , beat egg and brush the roll and coated with breadcrumbs.
  11. Heat little oil in a tawa and shallow fry it.
  12. Remove from the tawa and cut it like slices.
  13. Serve chicken pinwheel with any type of dip.
