Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 60 gram vermicelli
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 2 spoon ghee
  5. 2 spoon chopped dry fruits
  6. 1/4 cup rose syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan put ghee and roast the vermicelli till it turns golden brown .
  2. In the same pan put chopped dry fruits and roast light in colour.
  3. Heat a heavy bottom pan put milk and bring it to boil.
  4. Let it boil on midium flame for 7-8 minutes while stirring occasionally in between.
  5. After 8 minutes put roasted vermicelli and dry fruits with ghee and cook until become soft.
  6. Finally add sugar and rose syrup.
  7. Mix well and switch off the gas.
  8. Let it be cool.
  9. Serve chilled.
